Every extension is priced from its own drawings. These four things move the price most:

Ask a questionMost single storey extensions take around 10 to 14 weeks on site, and double storey around 14 to 20. Drawings and approvals come first, and we plan that time with you.
Yes, in most cases. We build the new shell first and only open into the house near the end, so the time without a kitchen is kept short.
Not always. Many single storey rear extensions fall under permitted development. We check on the first visit and handle the application if you need one.
Yes. Drawings, structural calculations, planning and building control are all done by our team, so you have one point of contact.
Yes. Once the drawings are done you get a fixed, itemised quote. If you change something later, we price the change before doing it.
